We have identified an issue with HSBC Kinetic.

- Affected users: 20 %
- Affected flow: Manual authentication and Background Refresh flow
- Start Time: 10/09/2024 10:00 CET
- Bank side error: 500 error on the Transactions endpoint.
- Provider name: uk-hsbc-kinetic-ob
- Description: HSBC Kinetic returns same 2 transactions pages pointing to each other which results in infinite transactions loop when fetching transactions. Loop is eventually stopped when bank's API returns 500
