Initial incident descriptionToday between 17:20-17:40 CET there were issues with manual and auto logins for uk-barclays-business-ob, uk-barclaycard-business-ob, uk-barclays-corporate-ob.
For those providers:
* authenticate-manual SCA SR = 12.5%
* manual-refresh login no SCA SR = 6.9%
* auto-refresh auth SR = 36.02%
